We endeavour to dispatch all orders which are in stock within 5 working days (Monday to Friday only). Delivery is usually next working day however please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Many of our items are made to order, where possible we have detailed the lead times for these on the product page. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to give an estimated shipping date on confirmation of order.
As a guide, hand finished prints are shipped in 3-4 weeks; fabric by the metre in 4-6 weeks and lampshades and pre-order cushions may take up to 8 weeks.
We send our parcels within the UK via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier service. Shipping costs for prints and cushions are determined by weight and size and will be calculated at checkout. As lampshades, fabric by the metre, paintings and furniture require specialist shipping a quotation will be provided for shipping after confirmation on your order.
We reserve the right to invoice for additional shipping for selected addresses (for example Highlands and Islands). Please note delivery times by courier companies are within normal working hours, 9-5, Monday to Friday. If a Saturday delivery is required please email the studio and we can arrange this for you for an extra charge.

All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund.
Cut fabric is non-returnable.
If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
