Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.hattipattisson.com website and offline orders placed directly with Hatti Pattisson. By placing an order with Hatti you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. As cushions are made by hand there may be a fractional variation in size. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT or if any product has been hand foiled for you. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Orders can be processed directly though this web site. www.hattipattisson.com processes card payments securely via a third party payment system operated by Shopify. All transactions are processed using a secure server. www.hattipattisson.com does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone. We also accept payment by bank transfer and by cheque. Please contact us to discuss placing an offline order. Goods in stock will be despatched once payment has cleared. For bespoke items and/or items on pre-order, payment is required in advance to confirm your order. Commissioned paintings require a deposit of 50% with the balance due on delivery. 

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. www.hattipattisson.com will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

www.hattipattisson.com are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days. Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recordable post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing. 

www.hattipattisson.com uses a variety of delivery companies to deliver customer goods, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.

Cut fabric orders are non-returnable.
