Do you ship internationally?
If you would like to place an international order please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?
For most UK orders we use TNT, Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery. For most international orders we use TNT or Royal Mail Airsure.

What is your return and refund policy?
Products should be returned in perfect condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric which is why we recommend you order a sample. For more information please see Delivery and Returns.

Can I do a work placement with hatti pattisson?
We offer a few work placements throughout the year, please contact us for details.

Can I commission bespoke work?
Yes! Hatti regularly takes on commissions for paintings and textiles. Please contact us for details.

I’d love to see the paintings and designs in person, can I visit the studio? 
The studio is not open to the public but visits can be arranged by appointment only; please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Are all your designs limited edition pieces?
A selection of our designs are limited edition, which will be clearly stated in the shop. To keep up to date with developments please follow our blog or subscribe to our newsletter.

Where are the products designed and manufactured?
All of our artwork and designs begin in Scotland in Hatti's Edinburgh studio. Our fabrics, lampshades and cushions are made entirely in the UK and, because we are so proud of this, come with a ‘Made in the UK’ tag.
